CIA Product of Anxiety Reduction

When you realize that the only thing you have complete control over is your decisions, be responsible to the decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things end up poorly. I am saying it requires responsibility for that decision that you make. That's when you start governing the controllables and seeing the final results that you really need to see.
I don't play a whole lot of poker, but one thing that I often hear is always that winning at cards, specifically poker, carries a bit to do with the cards that you simply are dealt, and it features a huge amount regarding the method that you make decisions and play the cards that you simply're dealt.
